Delete your account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your OPAH account and personal data. You do not need the app installed to submit a request.
Before deletion is completed
- We will verify that you own the account. In the OPAH app you can also start a request from Settings → Delete account.
- Active bookings, disputes, refunds, held balances, transfers, or payouts must be resolved first. If one applies, your request stays pending and we re-check it automatically until it is resolved.
- Once your request is confirmed and nothing is blocking it, processing normally begins within moments.
- Deletion is permanent. Your profile and account access cannot be restored.
- We may retain limited transaction, legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute records where required, with personal data removed or minimized where possible.
What deletion does
- Removes your login credentials, sessions, profile, portfolio, private chats, searches, notifications, and personal inspiration boards.
- Deletes app-owned private uploads and disconnects eligible Stripe customer and payout accounts.
- Replaces your identity on retained shared records with a non-personal deleted-account reference.
- Retains only records needed for completed shared projects, payments, legal obligations, disputes, safety, fraud prevention, and audits.
