By accessing or using OPAH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
OPAH is a marketplace that connects clients with creative professionals (photographers, videographers and other talent). OPAH facilitates discovery, booking, communication and payment between users.
When a booking is confirmed, both parties agree to the project scope, timeline and rate displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through our payment partner. OPAH retains a service fee on each transaction as disclosed during booking.
Cancellation terms vary by booking type and timing. The applicable policy is shown before you complete a booking. In the event of a dispute, OPAH may mediate at our discretion.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant OPAH a limited license to display and process your content as needed to operate the platform. Talent retain copyright of their work unless otherwise agreed in a project contract.
OPAH provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPAH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
