How do I book talent?
Describe what you need in the chat or browse the NOW marketplace. We'll match you with available creatives and you can review portfolios before confirming.
How does payment work?
You're charged when a booking is confirmed. Funds are held securely and released to the talent after deliverables are approved.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancellation terms depend on timing and booking type. The policy is shown before checkout. For disputes, contact support.
Who owns the deliverables?
By default, talent retain copyright and grant you usage rights for the agreed scope. Custom licensing can be arranged in your project brief.
For talent
How do I get on OPAH?
Apply via /talent. We review portfolios and respond within a few business days.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect after the client approves your deliverables. Set up your wallet in talent settings.
What's the OPAH service fee?
A small service fee is deducted from each booking. The exact rate is shown when you accept a project.
How does NOW dispatch work?
Toggle "Available Now" in your dashboard and you'll receive instant booking offers nearby. First to accept gets the job.

I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We'll email a reset link valid for one hour.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@opahnow.com or use the contact form. We'll process the request and confirm by email.
Is my data secure?
Yes — we use encryption in transit and never store raw card data. See our privacy policy for details.
